白飯 Steamed rice—1碗(約170g)
北海道小粒納豆 Okame Natto—1盒
雞蛋 Egg—1個
蔥 Chopped green onion—1支
蒜頭 Garlic—1~2粒
鴻禧菇 Shimeji mushrooms—50g
美乃滋 Mayonnaise—1小匙
咖哩粉 Curry powder—1/2小匙+1大匙

白芝麻 White sesame—少許
鹽巴&黑胡椒 Salt & black pepper—適量
醬油 Soy sauce—1/2小匙
奶油 butter—1/2小匙
